1. Service Description
TalenX provides AI-powered visa eligibility evaluations for O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-1B visas. We analyze your professional background and supporting documents against USCIS criteria to assess your approval chances and provide actionable recommendations.
2. Pricing
- O-1A Evaluation: $297 (one-time payment)
- EB-1A Evaluation: $497 (one-time payment)
- EB-1B Evaluation: $397 (one-time payment)
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is required before evaluation processing begins
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your professional background
- Upload legitimate supporting documents (resume, awards, publications, etc.)
- You own all documents you upload and grant us license to process them for evaluation purposes
- Don't use the service for fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
- You're responsible for ensuring your documents don't violate others' intellectual property
4. Our Responsibilities
- We'll analyze your documents using AI against USCIS criteria
- We'll provide a detailed evaluation report with approval probability assessment
- We'll store your documents securely and encrypted
- We'll deliver evaluation results within a reasonable timeframe
- We'll maintain confidentiality of your immigration documents
5. What We Are NOT
TalenX is NOT:
- A law firm or immigration attorney
- Providing legal advice
- Filing petitions with USCIS
- Guaranteeing visa approval
- Representing you before immigration authorities
Our evaluation is for informational purposes only. You should consult a licensed immigration attorney for legal advice and petition filing.
6. Privacy & Data
- Your documents and evaluation results are private and encrypted
- We never share your data with USCIS or immigration authorities
- We never sell your data to third parties
- Documents are automatically deleted 30 days after evaluation completion

7. Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee: Request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your evaluation if you're not satisfied
- To request a refund, email support@talenx.app with your evaluation ID
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- After 7 days, all sales are final
8. Limitations & Disclaimers
Evaluation Accuracy:
- Our AI provides an assessment based on available data and USCIS criteria
- Evaluation results are estimates, not guarantees
- USCIS makes final approval decisions based on many factors we cannot control
- Immigration law and policy may change after your evaluation
No Guarantee of Approval:
- A "high" approval chance does NOT guarantee USCIS will approve your petition
- A "low" approval chance does NOT mean you should not apply
- We recommend consulting an immigration attorney regardless of evaluation results
Liability:
- We're not liable for visa denials, RFEs (Requests for Evidence), or application outcomes
- We're not liable for decisions you make based on our evaluation
- You use the service at your own risk
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the evaluation
9. Intellectual Property
- TalenX owns all rights to our platform, AI models, and evaluation methodology
- You retain ownership of all documents you upload
- By using the service, you grant us a license to process your documents for evaluation purposes
- Evaluation reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Upload fraudulent or misleading documents
- Engage in abusive behavior toward our team
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or platform
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of major changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.
